From our floor plans, we work with the physical and practical issues, in planning the space; divide, arrange, organise and consider the spatial and functional requirements.

Natural and artificial light are key elements in the process. A plan is drawn up, having measured the exact amount of light needed in each area, which would include general, task and ambient lighting. This plan would also include electrics, if necessary.

This is the process of finding and compiling all the elements in the space, from floor tiles, paint and fabric to furniture, accessories and artwork. Working with suppliers in the industry, we can pass on trade discounts where possible.

Working alongside a local joinery company, allows us to offer completely bespoke furniture. From a built in wardrobe, TV unit, custom built desk to a full fitted kitchen. Our joinery company offers quality bespoke furniture with a vast range of possibilities for your new space.

This is a compilation of finishings, fabrics and materials to be used in the final design, once it has been approved.

A real life 3D visual can be produced using CAD so you can visualise exactly how your space will look.
